All rates are subject to Service Charge (currently 10%) and prevailing Goods and Service Tax (currently 9%) in effect at the time of check-out.

Booking must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

Breakfast is chargeable at S$45.00++ per guest per day.

Additional bed (without breakfast) can be arranged at S$150.00++ per guest per night.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 15:00hrs; check-out time is 11:00hrs.

To guarantee your room for early check-in, kindly pre-book the room from the night before with a full day room rate charge.

Late check-out till 18:00hrs can be arranged at half day room rate charge and late check-out after 18:00hrs can be arranged at full day room rate charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation or amendment must be received by Monday, 16th March, Singapore time 11.59pm, failing which a full duration room charge (plus 10% service charge and prevailing government tax) will be charged to the credit of the individual attendee(s) provided for guarantee.
In an event of a No-Show, full duration room charge including prevailing service charge and tax will be charged to the credit card provided.

ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY
Kindly note that the Event Organizer requires an advance payment of the full room charge. A secured payment link will be sent to event attendees via a separate email address from Thursday, 19th March onwards. The payment link may potentially end up in your junk mail, thus please keep a look out for it.
Should payment not be received by the dateline, your reservation will be cancelled and new bookings will be based on the Hotel's Preferential Rates, subjected to room availability.
